All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE except in the following 2 cases within 30 days of purchase date:
Tangible
Tangible (e.g. shippable) items that have been shipped* are subject to a credit to your AngelAkeno.com Wallet only if the item is not delivered or is materially different than described. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and up to a 50% restocking fee.
*All tangible items are shipped within 3 business days
Downloadable
If your downloaded vid is broken/corrupt, we will provide you a replacement link for the vid. If the replacement vid still fails to download, a credit to your AngelAkeno.com Wallet of equal or lesser value will be applied within 30 days.
Custom vid and store item sales are final except where the item has failed to be delivered within 30 days of the purchase date. A credit to your AngelAkeno.com Wallet would be applicable to any non-received custom vids or store items which were not sent to the buyer.
Order Cancellation
Orders for tangible items that have not been shipped may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. If the payment method used in the original transaction does not allow refunds (ie. Paysafecards) then, notwithstanding the foregoing, any and all transaction made with such payment methods will be credited solely to your AngelAkeno.com Wallet.
Exceptions for Local Law
If pursuant to applicable law a refund should be issued by AngelAkeno.com, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. If the payment method used in the original transaction does not allow refunds (ie. Paysafecards) then, notwithstanding the foregoing, any and all transaction made with such payment methods will be credited solely to your AngelAkeno.com Wallet.
**While extremely rare, Customer Support may make exceptions to the policy on a case by case basis based on the unique customer scenario.
